After Ron took the photos above in his studio (which was actually a garage), we drove to Malibu where he took many outdoor photos. Below are some of the best ones that I have been able to obtain. Sorry that even the non-nude ones have a white strip, but I discovered that even my bikini photo (the one used for my portfolio and the only one I posted on My Archives) was being used in commercial sites and there was no way I could get that photo removed from those sites. So now I have to protect all sexy photos (the ones with low-cut bathing suit tops, etc.). There could be more in this set later, which I call the Vogel Malibu set.
This was a photo taken in a windy field. I was wearing my own bathing suit. I owned this suit for about 3 years. Never published.
One of my favorite field photos. Happy among the flowers.
Another photo taken in that windy field. I think this one is very sexy. Never published.
Another photo taken in that windy field. A nice profile. Never published.
Ron also took a few photos of me on a swing. This is the only one I like. Never published (although one of the swing photos was published in Carnival, 1962.
Ron then had me change into a bikini that he owned. The top of this bikini was sewed down, so my breasts were falling out of it. I used this photo for my portfolio, after an amateur photographer used a pen to cover the slight top of my nipple that was showing just slightly above bikini top.
Here is a copy of the original bikini photo, with the slight tip of my nipple showing (although it is hidden by the white strip).
This is VM006 in color by Old Iz New (oldiznewagain). This is what is would have looked like had Ron Vogel shot it in color film. It’s beautiful. Thanks Marc!
A nice bikini photo. A slightly different version of this photo did appear in Folic magazine.
A colorized version of the above photo, thanks to Old IZ New.
Another bikini photo. Ron gave me a large copy of this one. This photo was never published. The nipple was definitely showing here. I appeared to be falling out of the bikini top.
Having fun in the sand. Never published.
Having more fun in the sand. Never published.
Doing a backbend in the sand. It shows how flexible I was when I was 21.
Then Ron had me change into my own slacks and he took a number of photos in a rose garden. In most only a corner of my nipple was showing. Never published.
Here is another rose garden photo. In this one my nipple is more visible and a slightly different version of it was published in Tab, 1966.
Still another rose garden photo. Never published.
Ron had me move into the courtyard of the rose garden. Now my breasts were fully exposed. The top part of this photo, shown below in VM016, was published.
This is the top portion of the photo shown above in VM015. A slightly different version of it was published in Carnival, 1962.
Ron took this photo as a close-up — from the waist up. One of my nipples was hidden by a rose bush. Never published.
The “creme” of the rose garden photos — a color calendar.
Ron had me wear a sweater and shorts for a few photos. They were my own clothes. This photo was never published.
Another sweater and shorts photo. Never published.
Here is a close-up with one breast more prominent (nipple showing). I may have seen a copy of this one in a magazine; I’m not certain and can’t remember which magazine.
The sweater was removed and Ron took some photos of me in the shorts only. A few colour photos from this set were published in Tab, 1966, but none of the B&W photos that I own.
In this photo my breasts were in full view, unlike in VM022 above. Still this photo was never published to the best of my knowledge.
Then Ron took some nude photos of me on the brick steps in front of the house. This one was published in Tab, 1966. Although a copy from a magazine, produces is an exceptionally clear print.
A picture that appeared in Carnival 1962. The face is a bit blurred because the face was blurred in the magazine. Still its a beautiful photo.
